At VelQono, every order is made especially for you after your purchase is placed. This print-on-demand approach helps reduce overproduction while ensuring each item meets our quality standards before it ships.

Order Processing

After your order is placed, it enters production.

  • Production time is typically 2–7 business days.
  • During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, production may take a little longer.
  • Once your order has been completed and passed our quality inspection, it will be prepared for shipment.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and could arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Economy Shipping (when available): 4–8 business days
  • Priority or Express Shipping (when available): Faster delivery options may be offered during checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

International Shipping

VelQono currently ships to selected international destinations.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take approximately 10–30 business days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Although we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
