How do I place an order?

How do I know if my order was successful?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Can I change my delivery address?

We may be able to update it before the order is processed. Once the parcel has been shipped, changing the address may no longer be possible.
What should I do if an item is out of stock?

Why was my order cancelled?
