Because each item is made to order, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Returns
Since every VelQono product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Changing your mind
- Personal preference
- Buyer’s remorse
We recommend reviewing product descriptions, size guides, and color options carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during production or shipping
- Defective
- Printed incorrectly
- Different from what you ordered
please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
After reviewing your claim, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A free replacement
- A refund
- Another suitable resolution depending on the situation
In most cases, you won't need to return the damaged item.
Size & Fit
Please use the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order.
As every item is produced on demand, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has started.
If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. We'll do our best to assist if production has not yet begun.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.
We'll work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the best resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
VelQono cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to update your shipping information.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
Color & Print Variations
We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

- The printing process
- Minor production tolerances
These small differences are considered normal and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
